How This Works

How This Works

  • All party cruises are private charters where you bring food, drinks, friends, and music

  • We provide all the amenities on the boat, as well as a friendly, experienced captain & crew to take your party on a cruise around Lake Travis, stopping to swim for as long as you like.

  • We will help arrange and organize transportation, catering & food delivery, a DJ, photographer, videographer, or anything else you want to have for your party.

  • Our boat holds up to 50 people (<75 by special request)

  • If you book one of the premium services listed above, we'll help you find the perfect boat for your event as part of the package, no matter the size of your boat party!

  • A $200 deposit is required to confirm your reservation, which can be done online by clicking 'Book Now' anywhere on this page. Pricing info is directly below.

Pricing info

Our weekday prices are the best you'll find.  If you find a lower price for a Monday thru Friday, we'll match it.

All prices are for 4-hour cruises, and include all fees except sales tax & gratuity.  Parking is FREE!!

  • Cruise availability can be seen by clicking 'Book Now' anywhere on this page.  The time slots are very flexible.

  • On holiday weekends (3-days), the first two days of the wknd will be Saturday pricing, and the last will be Sunday pricing.

  • If the time frame you would like is not available, please fill out the Rental Request Form and we'll do our best to accommodate.  

  • If you book premium services with us (transportation, catering, DJ, etc), we'll help you find the right boat for your needs

Premium Event-Planning Services

All of the following can be booked for your event, whether you rent with us or not!

  • Transportation: School buses & 14-passenger vans are $550 for a round-trip ride on a 4-hr cruise.

  • Catering: A full BBQ meal can be delivered to  your party for $17/person, or other options are available.

  • DJ: A DJ can be booked for your event for $300-$400 for a 4-hour cruise.  

  • Photography/Videography: Please call us to discuss options.

Cruise details & amenities

What to Bring:

  • No outside speakers & no microphones

  • No trashcan punch or glass beer bottles

  • No excessive liquor (1 bottle per 15 people)

  • No bad attitudes or mean people

What to Bring:

  • Cooler for Water & lots of water bottles

  • Phone or MP3 Player For Music

  • Plates, Cups, Eating Utensils, Grilling Utensils

  • Paper Towels, Napkins, Trash Bags

  • Extra Chairs (~15 on board) if needed

  • Extra Noodles, Floats, Ice Chests

  • Water Shoes, Sunscreen, Towels

What's Provided:

  • Experienced, friendly captain & crew

  • Tiki bar centerpiece to set up your party

  • Swim deck and huge, wide-open dance floor

  • Plenty of sun & shade and protection from rain

  • Great lighting for night cruises

  • Two high quality concert speakers with MP3 hookup  (standard 3.5mm aux cord provided)

  • Huge gas grill (propane included)

  • 2 large, clean bathrooms & 2-3 large ice chests

  • Plenty of Floats: Life jackets for everyone & 20-30 noodles, but feel free to bring your own

  • Everything on the boat can be rearranged for your event however you like!

Online booking & availability

Choose the Date & Time you'd like for your event.  If the time frame you'd like is not available, please fill out the Rental Request Form and we'll do our best to help you find a boat or activity that works for you!

Don't Forget to Book Transportation, Catering, a DJ, or any other services with your reservation!


payment & reservation info

Deposit:  A $200 deposit paid online is required to secure your reservation for your chosen date and time.   Once you pay your deposit, you may cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.  After that, because holding that spot prevents other interested parties from booking, we can only refund your deposit if we are able to fill the spot.  We will do our best to fill your spot from customers who have filled out our Waiting List Form.

Payment & Cancellations:  Full payment is due two weeks before the date of the cruise, to be paid online.  Once you pay the deposit, we will send you and electronic invoice with details regarding your specific party, rules & directions, what to bring, instructions for arriving and behavior expected, etc.  The invoice will need to be paid at least 2 weeks in advance of your event.  If you need more time, that can be arranged on an individual basis, so just give us a call.  Payments cannot be refunded within 2 weeks of the event, except in the event of inclement weather.  Within the two weeks before the party, cancellations will result in loss of payment with no refund or reschedule.

Weather Cancellations:  We rarely have to cancel a party because of rain or inclement weather, but if it is raining at our location at your scheduled starting time to the extent that it's unsafe to start or continue the party and we have to cancel, we will refund everything but the deposit, which can be used to reschedule once in the next 12 months on a Monday-Thursday.  Unsafe conditions mean that there is excessive wind, heavy rain, and/or lightning and thunder.  It can always be determined by looking at radar what is going to happen rain-wise, and a lil rain never hurt anyone, so essentially, it's rain or shine.  Because these events are planned far in advance, we discourage anyone from canceling because of a questionable forecast: 99% of the time, if there is a chance of rain, it blows over quickly or never rains at all and the party goes great. We cannot issue a refund due to fear of inclement weather.
