Terms and Conditions
1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
For All Cruises:
a. Full refunds are available for cancellations within 3 days of the booking date. After 3 days, all payments are non-refundable.
b. If the cruise is canceled more than 30 days from the cruise date, all payments will be valid for a reschedule anytime in the next 10
years.
c. If the cruise is canceled 30 days or less from the cruise date, all payments will be forfeited.
Private Cruises:
a. No refunds are available for the following: too hot, too cold, light rain, can’t make it, hungover, flight canceled, wedding canceled,
medical emergencies, etc.
b. For loss of hours on the water due to bad weather but still feasible, we may provide you with a prorated refund.
c. A cancellation, a refund, the option to keep the fund as a 10-year transferable credit, and the option to switch to an ATX Disco
Cruise or The Lemonade Disco are only offered if a cruise is canceled due to inclement weather at the captain’s discretion.
ATX Disco Cruises:
a. There are no refunds allowed for ATX Disco Cruise bookings.
b. In case of adverse weather, the ATX Disco Cruise (Saturdays only) will be converted into The Lemonade Disco.
c. If a Friday ATX Disco Cruise is canceled due to adverse weather, you will have the option to move to the Saturday ATX Disco
Cruise the following day or receive a 10-year transferable credit.
d. Reducing the number of tickets at least 31 days before the cruise date is allowed with a refund for said tickets.
e. No refund or credit is provided if the number of tickets is reduced within 30 days of the cruise date.
2. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment Options: All major credit/debit cards.
Inclusions: All rates include the sales tax, the booking fee, and the 20% gratuity/tip.
A 25% deposit must be paid upon booking but we require full payment if your cruise date is 10 days away or less.

9. Plenty of Ice, Water, and Cups
10. Multiple Giant Floats
11. Mimosa Setups
12. Koozies
13. Name Tags
14. Life Jackets (all adult size)
15. Gratuity / Tip to Captains & Crew
What you need to bring:
1. Drinks (in plastic bottles or cans – except for champagne [allowed in glass])
2. Ready-To-Eat Snacks
3. Towel/s
4. Sunscreen
For Private Cruises:
The following are included:
1. Experienced & Licensed Captains & Crew (nice, fun, and professional)
2. Clean Restroom/s
3. Loud Bluetooth Sound System
4. Plenty of Shade & Seats
5. Scenic Cruise on Lake Travis
6. Swim Time
7. Extra Large Cooler (1 for each boat)
8. Life Jackets (all adult size)
9. Gratuity / Tip to Captains & Crew
What you need to bring:
1. Drinks (in plastic bottles or cans – except for champagne [allowed in glass])
2. Ready-To-Eat Snacks
3. Towels
4. Ice
5. Water
6. Plates, Cups, Plasticware (if you need them)
7. Extra Coolers (if you need them)
8. Floats (if you’d like – we also offer lily pads as add-ons)
4. WAIVERS
Liability Waiver And Release Of Any And All Claim: All individuals joining any type of cruise/event must sign the waiver/s before the event begins.
Contractual Assumption Acknowledgement Of Risks And Liability Waiver And Release Agreement: All individuals joining any type of cruise/event must sign the waiver/s before the event begins.
5. AVERAGE AGE POLICY & MINOR/KIDS POLICY
Minimum Age Allowed
- Private Cruises (Non-Bachelor/ette): The minimum average age is 25 across the board. Exceptions include family parties where parents are responsible for everyone under 21 y/o, OR if there will be no drinking alcohol during the cruise. If you would like to ask for an exception for a different case, just ask, we’re flexible. Please reach out to us via phone or text.
- ATX Disco Bachelor Parties: Minimum average age is 25 years old. It’s okay if a couple guys are as young as 22, but 80% of the group must be over 25. We’re simply not entertaining groups of guys that just learned about working out and drinking. If you’d like to request an exception, if you think your group can behave themselves for 4 straight hours. If you can’t keep your wits about you and be respectful of everyone, please take your business elsewhere. IF there will be no drinking, the minimum age is 18.
- ATX Disco Bachelorette Parties: Minimum age is 22, but if there are 1 or 2 people who are 21 years old, please let us know and we’ll try and make an exception. If there will be no drinking, the minimum age is 18.
Children Under 18
- Children under 18 may join and they do count towards the total # of people, and you must not exceed the limit of the boat with children included (14, 25, or 50). Please let us know the # of children and age of each child so we can make sure we have enough life jackets. Please make sure there is one adult for every ONE child. There is no lifeguard on duty, and we cannot be responsible for watching kids in the water, so we require a sufficient # of adults to watch their children. Children to not have to wear life jackets at all times, but they must have well-fitting life jacket on the boat with them. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their child. Each child’s name must be printed on the waiver with the parents’ signature next to it.
