We will be operating all 3 boats at a reduced capacity for the duration of 2020 to play it safe during COVID-19, and have lowered our prices accordingly.

 

Our boats will be rented out for groups of 15, 12, and 8 respectively, and we are taking extra cleaning & safety precautions to make sure everyone has the best and safest experience on the water!

Our Pricing for the Remainder of 2020 is as Follows:

Saturdays 15 or less: $1049

Saturdays 12 or less: $949

Saturdays 8 or less: $849

Sunday-Fridays: $549+tax

 

*For total price, add 8.25% sales tax to above price, plus $150 gratuity for captain & crew required for every cruise.

  • Plates, Cups, Eating Utensils, Grilling Utensils

  • Extra Chairs if needed

What NOT to Bring:

  • No outside speakers & no microphones

  • No trashcan punch or glass beer bottles

  • No excessive liquor (1 bottle per 15 people)

  • No bad attitudes or mean people

How This Works

 
  • We offer Private Charters where one person rents the entire boat as well as our ATX DISCO Cruise built specifically for Bachelor and Bachelorette parties.  Every cruise is BYO - drinks, food (and music unless you join the DISCO Cruise or book a DJ through us) and we provide a captain & crew to take your party on a cruise around Lake Travis, stopping to swim for as long as you like.

  • We offer BBQ catering & food delivery, a DJ, photographer, videographer, and more!

payment & reservation info

Deposit:  A 25% deposit paid online is required to secure your reservation for your chosen date and time.  After that, because holding that spot prevents other interested parties from booking, this deposit is non-refundable.
 

Payment & Cancellations:  Full payment is due 30 days before the date of the cruise.  Bookings made within two weeks of the event date will need to be paid in full upon booking.  If you have to cancel, your payment will be used as a future cruise credit to reschedule within one calendar year on a Monday thru Thursday.

Holiday Weekends: Sundays become Saturday Pricing 


Weather Cancellations:  Please read below for all specifics regarding cancellations.

 

Disco Cruises: There are no refunds for Disco Cruises once booked.  As described in the 'Bachelor(ette) Parties' page, a lot of planning and logistics goes into throwing these turnkey parties for so many different groups, and if weather prevents us from holding the Disco Cruise on the boat, we have a backup plan in place and we've put together an unbelievable bar crawl or comparable event for the whole party.  Please see that page and contact us for more details.

Private Charters: We rarely have to cancel a party because of rain or inclement weather, but if it is raining heavily at our location at your scheduled starting time to the extent that it's unsafe to start or continue the party and we have to cancel, your payment will be used to reschedule your cruise in the next 12 months on a Monday-Thursday.  Weather cancelation cruises are postponed, not refunded. Unsafe conditions mean that there is excessive wind, heavy rain, and/or lightning and thunder.  It can always be determined by looking at radar what is going to happen rain-wise, and a lil rain never hurt anyone, so it's rain or shine unless it's deemed unsafe by management, captains, and crew.  Because these events are planned far in advance, we discourage anyone from canceling because of a questionable forecast: 99% of the time, if there is a chance of rain, it blows over quickly or never rains at all and the party goes great. We cannot cancel due to fear of inclement weather.  

 

*Rain or Shine*All cruises are rain or shine!  If you or your group choose not to go out due to weather, there will not be a refund issued or a rescheduled cruise.  If the captain and crew choose to cancel, delay the start of your event or end it early due to safety concerning weather, you will receive a pro rated-credit for a future cruise.   All payments are non-refundable

 

**Again, there are no refunds for Disco Cruises, and an AWESOME bar crawl or comparable event will take its place.

 

Consider these cruises like you would a wedding, where you're not going to let a little rain ruin the occasion. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if you aren't able to work within these parameters, it might be best to book elsewhere.
