  • No trashcan punch or glass beer bottles

  • No excessive liquor (1 bottle per 15 people)

How This Works

 
 
  • All rentals are private charters where one person rents the entire boat.  Every cruise is BYO-food, friends, drinks, & music, and we provide a captain & crew to take your party on a cruise around Lake Travis, stopping to swim for as long as you like.

  • We will help arrange and organize catering & food delivery, a DJ, photographer, videographer, or anything else you want to have for your party.

  • We have two smaller boats that hold up to 14 and 25, respectively, great for smaller groups where you'd like all the amenities we offer but don't need as much space.

  • Our biggest boat holds up to 50 people (<90 by special request), and features a huge stage, dance floor, and arched canopy, and is great for company outings, wedding parties, or any event where you some need extra space to move around, dance, and entertain.

  • A $300 deposit is required to confirm your reservation, which goes towards the total

  • To get a quote and check availability, please click the button below!

Deposit:  A $300 deposit paid online is required to secure your reservation for your chosen date and time.  After that, because holding that spot prevents other interested parties from booking, this deposit is non-refundable.
 

Payment & Cancellations:  Full payment is due three weeks before the date of the cruise, to be paid online.  Once you pay the deposit, we will send you and electronic invoice with details regarding your specific party, rules & directions, what to bring, instructions for arriving and behavior expected, etc.  The invoice will need to be paid at least 3 weeks in advance of your event.  If you need more time, that can be arranged on an individual basis, so just give us a call.  Bookings made within two weeks of the event date will need to be paid in full upon booking.  If you have to cancel, your payment can be used to reschedule within one calendar year on a Monday thru Thursday. 

**There are no refunds for the ATX Disco Cruise, as described in the details of the 'Bachelor(ette) Parties' page.  Please see that page for more details.
 

Holiday Weekends: Pricing is the same, except Sundays (when Monday is a holiday) will be at the Saturday pricing, and Mondays will be the Sunday pricing.  See pricing chart above for details.


Weather Cancellations:  Please read below for all specifics regarding cancellations.

 

Disco Cruises: There are no refunds for Disco Cruises once booked.  As described in the 'Bachelor(ette) Parties' page, a lot of planning and logistics goes into throwing these turnkey parties for so many different groups, and if weather prevents us from holding the Disco Cruise on the boat, we have a backup plan in place and we've put together an unbelievable bar crawl for the whole party.  Please see that page and contact us for more details.

Private Charters: We rarely have to cancel a party because of rain or inclement weather, but if it is raining heavily at our location at your scheduled starting time to the extent that it's unsafe to start or continue the party and we have to cancel, your payment may be used to reschedule once in the next 12 months on a Monday-Thursday.  Unsafe conditions mean that there is excessive wind, heavy rain, and/or lightning and thunder.  It can always be determined by looking at radar what is going to happen rain-wise, and a lil rain never hurt anyone, so it's rain or shine unless it's deemed unsafe by management, captains, or crew.  Because these events are planned far in advance, we discourage anyone from canceling because of a questionable forecast: 99% of the time, if there is a chance of rain, it blows over quickly or never rains at all and the party goes great. We cannot cancel due to fear of inclement weather.  

 

*Rain or Shine*All cruises are rain or shine!  If you or your group choose not to go out due to weather, there will not be a refund issued unless the captain and crew cancel the event for safety reasons (lightning).  If the captain and crew choose to delay the start of your event or end it early due to safety, you will receive a pro rated-refund. 

 

**Again, there are no refunds for Disco Cruises, and an AWESOME bar crawl will take its place.

 

Consider these cruises like you would a wedding, where you're not going to let a little rain ruin the occasion. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if you aren't able to work within these parameters, it might be best to book elsewhere.
